How We Work

Our Approach

Four pillars of community-centered violence prevention.

Music as Intervention

We use music workshops, recording sessions, and live events to redirect energy, build community bonds, and give young people a creative outlet that competes with the streets.

Community Outreach

Our street teams go where the need is — neighborhoods, schools, and community centers — building trust and connecting people to resources before crisis hits.

Education & Awareness

We host workshops on conflict resolution, trauma-informed care, and safe storage of firearms. Knowledge is the first step toward change.

Interrupter Network

Trained community violence interrupters mediate conflicts before they escalate. We work with credible messengers who have lived experience and community trust.
